    Within the next year my fiance & I are going be buying a manufactured home (from Clayton Homes). I will be paying for it in cash (about $50,000-$55,000). About how much will the FINAL cost be? (we live in NC) What fees will we have to pay? Do you have any other advise or anything else we will have to pay?? Thanks in advance.
